Please join SSA for a December Holiday Happy Hour Thursday, December 12. The location is Bar Cesar, 4039 Piedmont Avenue, Oakland. There is a large parking lot behind the restaurant/bar. This is Breeze’s second home, www.barcesar.com. Bar Cesar celebrates Happy Hour from 4pm - 6pm. There is a No Host bar but the $20 fee will cover a feast of appetizers! SSA will have its own room, which is in the middle of the excitement. Please join us!!!
