About this event

The SSA Officers for 2023 (Breeze Carlile, Barbara Williams, Chris Hiller and Terry Downs) are so excited to invite you to the November Monthly Mixer. We will be returning to OYC - Oakland Yacht Club with a cash and credit bar and heavy hors d’oeuvres. The Bar opens at 5pm, food at 6pm, a short meeting at 7pm to discuss fun activities and IMPORTANTLY the Officers elected for 2024. The bar closes at 9pm.

The fee is $15 per person with online paid in advance registration (which will not be offered to you without you selecting “Complete Registration”) and $20 if paying at the door, even if you Register but don’t pay. Repeating, the $15 fee only applies if you both Register and Pay in advance. With either option Registration is required.

The fee helps the Club cover the cost of the bartender and the food, mostly the bartender. So even if you are not eating you will be asked to pay the $15/$20. RSVP IS REQUIRED by Oakland Yacht Club, 12pm, TUESDAY, November 7. Remember to hit “Complete Registration” when signing up. And Guests are welcome, and we will have several this month!! Please remember to wear your membership badge.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE: All Active Members should have received Ballots in the mail for voting for Officers for 2024 and either have mailed it in already (today is November 4) or are bringing it to the meeting to hand over in person. If you did not receive a ballot, and I have heard of a few, you can attend the meeting and vote onsite. REPEATING: do not now put your ballot in the mail, it probably will not be received in time.
